[Pauldotcom] Guide for Setting Up MSF on Lion

MacPorts has had gcc forever. I love it when it decides I need gcc 4.1
for something or other.

The lack of cooperation between MacPorts and Brew is why I avoid Brew; I
prefer not to have things besides me take over /usr/local.

I also have started using stow to manage ~/pkg for things like
interpreters - I'm not fond of the way any package manager tends to
interact with gems, CPAN, etc etc.
