Thanks Gold Flake, that's compulsory reading here! ;)

I contacted Cambridge University to see if they knew of anyone that was 
running training courses on Exim and apparently since Prof. Hazel retired 
they've not run any courses at all.

Their suggestion was to search the internet... :(
