[Pauldotcom] Preparation for doing presentations

Hey all,
I'm giving a presentation at a local conference next week and am doing the
final preparation.  This will be the first time that I've done this.  What
are some suggestions for that final week before you get handed the mic?  Any
ideas would be appreciated.
