[Pauldotcom] Email Management

I have a bazillion rules for all my email accounts.

I pretty much divide everything up into broad categories, which are
different from account to account, but generally for work it's stuff like
"Crap", "Tasking", "Save", "Meetings", "Approvals", "Travel", "Training",
etc.
